Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States and internationally. Because our store carries items from multiple suppliers, orders may arrive in separate packages from different origins.

Books (fulfilled by BooksCloud)

Books are fulfilled through the BooksCloud network. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 2 to 7 business days. International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs. Tracking is provided when available.

Curated goods (Shopify Collective supplier partners)

Many products in our store are shipped directly by independent supplier partners through Shopify Collective. Inkwell does not handle, pack, or ship these items — they ship from the supplier's own warehouse or fulfillment center. Shipping carriers, rates, and estimated delivery times (typically 3 to 10 business days within the US) are set by each supplier. You will receive a separate tracking number for each supplier's shipment.

Custom items (Printful)

Custom-printed items are produced on demand and typically ship within 3 to 7 business days of production completion. Total delivery time is production time plus shipping. Standard US shipping adds 3 to 5 business days. International shipping adds 10 to 20 business days.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and the items ordered. Because items may ship from multiple suppliers, you may see separate shipping charges for different parts of your order.

International orders

For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These are not included in our prices and are collected by your country's customs authority.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fpxp.io with your order number and photos. We will work with you and the relevant supplier to resolve the issue.
