These Terms of Service govern your use of the Inkwell General Store and any purchases you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Inkwell General Store is operated by FP×P, LLC. Our store offers curated goods for academic and intellectual life, including books, objects, and custom items. Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers through Shopify Collective and Printful.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or out-of-stock items. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product availability is accurate, but we cannot guarantee stock levels. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with options.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Shipping

Orders may ship from multiple locations if they include items from different suppliers. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including product descriptions, images, and design, is owned by FP×P, LLC or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FP×P, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or any product purchased through it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
